The man behind it did not arrive here by accident. Tony Webb was educated at Admiral Farragut Academy before four years of celestial navigation service in the U.S. Navy, aboard USS Sylvania and USS Glover. He became the youngest agency owner in Exxon Office Systems' history, selling dedicated word processors and fax machines into a market that barely understood either. He built one of the first electronic librarian search engines, beta-tested at the U.S. Senate Recording Studio, and worked agencies across Washington, D.C. He spent thirteen years pioneering space tourism, and sixteen more building Inner Space — every dollar of it self-funded, every decision his own.

That is not a résumé. It is the reason Planet Ocean exists at all: one person, refusing to hand the fryer or the oven to anyone else, until the world's number one lift barge naval architect looked at the plans and said, you have done most of the work.
