Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC invites qualified organizations to explore participation in one of the world's first movable underwater hotel concepts.
Protected by U.S. Patent Design D-736,947 and supported by years of development and operational planning, Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels are envisioned as movable, zero-discharge underwater hospitality destinations — supporting coral reef restoration, veteran employment, and sustainable tourism.
Planet Ocean presently anticipates awarding approximately fifty (50) limited licensing opportunities worldwide. Licensing opportunities are intended to be highly selective and are subject to Planet Ocean approval, operational considerations, and future strategic objectives.
Early participation may provide significant advantages regarding branding opportunities, geographic preferences, media initiatives, and future expansion considerations.
Organizations approved for further discussions may elect to secure priority positioning through an optional reservation.
Participation in this reservation program is entirely optional and does not obligate either party to execute a final agreement.
Rights to promote and commercialize Planet Ocean experiences within approved territories.
Participation in co-branding initiatives — e.g. "[Brand] Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel" or "Planet Ocean Underwater Hotel by [Brand]."
Participation in media, documentary, and promotional opportunities tied to the Planet Ocean story.
Development of customer engagement and hospitality programs for licensed territories.
Licensees acknowledge that licensing participation does not create any ownership interest in:
— Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC
— Planet Ocean intellectual property
— Existing or future vessels
— Fabrication facilities
— Future public offerings
— Associated businesses or subsidiaries
All ownership rights remain exclusively with Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC.
All fabrication, assembly, engineering modifications, vessel construction, logistics coordination, and relocation operations remain exclusively under the authority of Planet Ocean Underwater Hotels, LLC and its designated veteran teams operating from Houma, Louisiana and Morgan City, Louisiana.
Licensees shall have no authority, responsibility, ownership, management rights, or control over such activities.
Planet Ocean is envisioned as an employee-owned veteran enterprise, operated by highly trained ex-USN and ex-USCG veterans — with opportunities for international veterans from partner nations to participate in a Six-Month Training Program in Houma, Louisiana.
Hospitality operations, safety procedures, and triple-redundancy operational systems.
Marine systems, environmental stewardship, and leadership development.
Exclusive licensees may have the opportunity to designate up to 2,000 complimentary one-night experiences for customer appreciation, employee recognition, sweepstakes, media initiatives, and charitable programs. (Meals, transportation, taxes, and other expenses not included.)
International television exposure, documentary productions, tourism storytelling initiatives, brand integration, and global media attention — with opportunities to participate in future broadcasting initiatives tied to Planet Ocean projects.
Apparel, collectibles, destination merchandise, limited-edition collaborations, and luxury promotional products — expanding global brand exposure and customer engagement.
Planet Ocean supports marine conservation through dedication of 16.5% of net profits toward coral reef restoration initiatives. Participating organizations have the opportunity to become recognized leaders in coral restoration, marine conservation, sustainable tourism, and marine education.
Planet Ocean also welcomes creators, influencers, media organizations, and storytellers. No money required — simply ask your followers: "Would you like the opportunity to experience one of the world's first movable underwater hotels?"
Participants may receive information on future one-night experience opportunities, GAC Travel Membership, coral restoration initiatives, and veteran employment — with recognition opportunities for those who help introduce approved licensing partners, subject to final terms and availability.
Very few opportunities exist where organizations may participate in helping establish an entirely new category of experiential hospitality. Helping create humanity's next great frontier — Inner Space.
